Say no to Dry January and yes to Try January.

It's Whiskey but not as you know it...

Mostly seen as Scotch, sometimes Japanese, often exclusive, sometimes inflated of price and full of jargon, is having a moment. There are new and exciting distilleries emerging in this country and around the world who are offering a new take on this historic take on Aqua vitae - the water of life.

Our friends at The Heart Cut, are a new and multi-award-winning bottler, who collaborate directly with distilleries worldwide to curate a diverse portfolio of single cask whiskies all with the aim of encouraging more inspired exploratory drinking.

COME AND TASTE THREE EXCITING TAKES....

Barley

A celebration of the rise of English whiskey featuring a proprietary Heart Cut blend of 5 of the leading distilleries in England right now.

Fielden

A rye whiskey, from a distillery that is leading the charge in sustainable farming, finished in a 45 year old ex Oloroso cask from Sanlúcar de Barrameda.

Thomson

A juicy, decadent NZ whiskey matured in fresh Pinot Noir barrels.

£25 including some tasty snacks from chef to compliment the whiskies.
